Building Empathy

   People working in companies in teams require having good communication skills with team members as they reflect on the results of their tasks and assignments as well as the work process. Therefore, enhancing the employees’ communication skills is essential for a healthy work environment. From this point, it is important to integrate topics that improve such skills in the training programs for both new and existing employees.
In this project, I was required to create a content for a training program focused on developing empathy skills for others with a total duration of 2 hours divided into 5 modules.

Target Audience: People working for companies that may work in teams or on projects.

Through the modules, I have used figures whenever possible to make the ideas focused and brief. I also provided quick navigation and links to modules to offer learners interactivity and choice.

Characters as narrators in some slides were through "Colossyan AI Videos".

In almost every slide, there are real life examples to emphasize the ideas and case studies or real life scenarios to reflect on and suggest solutions. In the end of every slide, there is an activity called "Empathy  through my eyes" for the learners to reflect on what has been learnt.

Tool used here is "ChatGPT".

After each module, a knowledge check is assigned to check the knowledge of learners about the topic. Tool used here is "Google forms". I also added an IDP and a capstone peoject for learners to excel in this topic.
