LMS Choice: 

Choosing Canvas as the LMS is mainly because of its proven popularity and user friendliness. In addition to that and from the reviews, it is organized, not complicated to use for both educators and learners and has excellent functions. I have used the TalentLMS before so I wanted to give Canvas a try to research more LMSs. It also allows internal communication, mobile accessibility and applying various elements to courses which will be essential for my course to follow up with learners and allow them to constantly access the content whenever needed. In my course, the supporting elements will be audio and video demonstrations, discussions, assessments, blended lessons and quizzes.

In this course, learners will be learning the basic vocabulary and terms needed for life in Egypt through audiovisual means supported by assessments and quizzes. They will be able to introduce themselves in a simple conversation which will be delivered through audiovisual means and discussions. Gamification is a tool that I plan to include as well.
