Greetings in Egyptian Arabic
Greeting is the first tool to start a conversation and communicate with people in different cultures. It is essential to start with greetings before learning a language.
The main goal of this video is to be able to use greetings by speaking them and understanding others considering different occasions and times of the day.
In this video, we learn how to greet people in Egyptian Arabic in a fun and interactive way by reviewing the expressions used in greetings and the occasions and timings when they are suitable to be used. This is supported by interactive activities and mini-games.
The target audience are adult non-Arabic speakers from any background with very limited or no knowledge about the language who reside in Egypt
or plan to live in Egypt in the future for any reasons (studying, entertainment, work, etc…). It is also useful for those who are assigned or in contract within a corporate or an organization in Egypt and wish to learn the language for personal or professional reasons.
