This audio file is a listening activity for learners that is applied in the end of the lesson "Seasons of the Year" which was the lesson presented in the animation video in week 5 activity.

 

By the end of this lesson, learners will be able to recognize some of the expressions used to describe weather in different months and seasons by listening to slow paced basic conversation or speech.

The tool "Audacity" is one of the easiest digital audio tools to edit audio files, especially for beginners, that is why I chose it.

Simply, I uploaded the recorded audio file and trimmed the background noise and I added some sound effects.

The audio does not need visuals since it is a listening activity in a language course so it measures the listening skills obtained during the course.
